Private music lessons are typically 30 minutes per week at my studio or online.  Other options are available upon request including 45 minute and 60 minute lessons.  My schedule fills up quickly so I encourage prospective students who find a time that fits their needs to take it. Otherwise, it might not be available later.  To see my current openings, please click on the hyperlink, call, or email me.
Lessons are taught at my studio and online.  If you are within driving distance, I encourage you to choose in studio lessons.  If you are further away, online lessons are a great way to study music, particularly if you cannot find the right teacher nearby.
Teaching is my passion and my means of supporting my family.  When you choose me as your teacher, you have a teacher with bachelor and master degrees in music education as well as Indiana, Illinois, and California teacher licenses who plays and teaches your instrument enthusiastically and knowledgeably.

Lesson tuition at my studio and online is $30 per half hour, $45 per forty-five minutes, or $60 per hour.  Parents may pay monthly or quarterly.  A 10% discount is given to families who purchase quarterly lessons.
New students may purchase their first month's lessons at the first lesson.  Continuing students purchase new lessons at the last lesson of the previous month or quarter before the new set begins.  I accept check, cash, PayPal, and Book with Me.  Pricing for lessons purchased through Book with Me is given on their site.
The tuition I charge not only includes instruction time, but it also includes the time I prepare for our lessons outside of your class, regular correspondence, studio concerts, and instruction/chaperoning on field trips. The abundant musical opportunities combined with a holistic music curriculum set our music studio apart.  Click here  to read an article from the Rancho Santa Margarita Patch about us.  If your family is unable to pay the full tuition, please contact me about financial aid scholarship opportunities.

Trial Lesson
If you are unsure whether you are ready to start lessons, you may request a trial lesson.  This lesson is $30 for 30 minutes.  It includes performance and discussion time.
